How to apply for a club
Make a note of the booking code from the above booklet and then go to http://www.joininedinburgh.org. (If you have registered for Free School Meals please tick the box on the booking form as you may be entitled to a free place.)

The deadline for applications is Thursday 21st December.
Please note that spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis and clubs have limited spaces.

The opening week for most clubs is Tuesday 9th January 2018 and all on-site clubs will be finished by Wednesday 28th March. However, please check carefully the start and finish dates of your chosen clubs.
How to apply for a club
- Choose your club(s) – the timetables give full details of running times, dates, prices and locations.
- Apply for a place – please use the following link to apply for club places: https://goo.gl/forms/KnthssPFuKXq2QyC2
One application form needs to be completed for each club place required (i.e. if your child wishes to do tennis and art, two separate applications must be submitted).
The deadline for applications is 15:00 on Friday 8th December.
You will receive confirmation that you have a place, and request for payment, by Tuesday 12th December.
In order to secure this place, all payments must be made by Friday 15th December. Any booked place not paid for by this date will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
- Pay – Fees can be paid in a number of ways:
Online Payments – please make a separate payment for each place booked, and in the reference field identify the payment using the name of the club and the child e.g. TennisKMacDonald

Cheque – cheques should be made payable to “JGPS Parent Council Clubs” and submitted in an envelope with the following information: Child’s name, Child’s class, Club registered for. Multiple payments can be combined into one cheque as long as all the details for each separate club are listed on the envelope
Cash – correct cash only (no change given) should be submitted in an envelope with the following information: Child’s name, Child’s class, Club registered for. Multiple payments can be combined in a single envelope as long as all the details for each separate club are listed on the envelope. Short payments will NOT be accepted.
REFUND POLICY: Barring exceptional circumstances, once paid for, club places are non-refundable unless the place can be filled from the waiting list.
